Scope

Three locations, two states

Multi-rooftop

Led marketing operations across three dealership locations in two states, consolidating tools, creative systems, and reporting so each rooftop executed against the same playbook without losing local relevance.

A third-party ~$5M annual revenue estimate (Prospeo) is cited on the main Evidence card for company-scale context only. It is not used here as a performance claim.

Method

Digital infrastructure from zero to production

CRM, web platform, SEO, social

Built the digital backbone from scratch: CRM (DealerSocket), web platform (DealerFire), and an analytics framework that made channel and inventory decisions legible to leadership, not just to the marketing desk.

Drove organic visibility for high-volume custom vehicle keywords and scaled Instagram to 368K followers, reducing reliance on paid acquisition for a meaningful share of demand.

Commerce

First digital service commerce program

Service lanes

Launched the group's first digital service commerce experience so service lanes could capture customer-pay demand the same way the sales floor captured vehicle demand, supporting the +47% service revenue outcome tied to repair-order growth in portfolio copy.

Reputation

2★ to 4.5★

Review automation

Automated review capture and a 24-hour SLA shifted reputation from a liability into a compounding asset, moving public rating from roughly 2★ to 4.5★ as stated on the portfolio card.

Platform-specific review methodology varies by site. The figure above reflects the portfolio card as published, not a single normalized rating source.

Network

Starwood Dealer Network package

Partner offering

Packaged marketing systems developed at Starwood into a partner offering for affiliated locations, extending creative, media, and ops patterns without rebuilding strategy for every rooftop from scratch.
